My Journey
My journey into the world of healing and transformation began at the age of 15 when I entered the fitness industry. I taught various aerobic classes and participated in group aerobic competitions. This passion for fitness led me to become a Sports Medicine trainer. Always seeking more efficient ways to help myself and my clients, I furthered my education to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Massage Therapist.
Expanding My Horizons
As I continued to explore, I delved into the connection between the mind and the subconscious. I embraced different meditation techniques and spiritual healing modalities. I am formally trained as an Akashic Records Practitioner, Reiki Master, Medium, Breathwork Teacher and Facilitator, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and a Clairvoyant – Astral Reader, Healer, and Teacher. With my extensive background as an energy worker, I can simplify complex topics and make them accessible.

I offer a variety of courses and services designed to help adults, teens, and children dealing with anxiety, trauma, physical and energetic imbalances, and more. My goal is to assist you in creating balance in your life by connecting and returning to your true self. I facilitate the healing process at the cellular level—activating, reprogramming, aligning, and integrating all your energetic bodies.
